In order to commemorate the Armistice of 11 november 1918, we're looking for descendants of Captain Mc Comas who belong to the 308th Field Signal battalion (83e div) trained in camp Sherman and arrived in France in juin 1918. He and 467 US soldiers spent few days in our town in Conflans Sainte Honorine. Does someone have some news about that man, his family or any souvenir of that time ?
