The death of 1st Lieut. Malcolm Whitlock Duncan, 27 an officer in the armored forces who was killed in action in France on August 11 was announced yesterday by his mother, Mrs. Arthur W. Duncan, 1170 Scott Street, Winnetka.

He also is survived by his widow, Mrs. Merikay Howard Duncan, whom he married January 8 and a brother, Arthur W. Duncan, Jr. Lieut. Duncan, who was inducted June 19, 1941 was commissioned at Fort Knox, Kentucky in September 1942.
